Our Pet Policy

• Tartan Place Apartments allows dogs and cats
• We welcome pets upon approval
• There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
• Our pet policy does include some restrictions.  Please contact the office for the full details.

Pet Fees

• $300 one time nonrefundable pet fee
• $20 monthly pet fee (per pet)
