As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs in our apartments and townhomes at Tartan Place. Now, your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home, including our on-site dog park!
Our Pet Policy:
- Tartan Place Apartments allows dogs and cats
- We welcome pets upon approval
- There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment

Pet Fees
- $350 one time nonrefundable pet fee for the first pet. $250 one time nonrefundable pet fee for the second pet.
- $25 monthly pet fee (per pet).
