Fayetteville,
NC

Fayetteville, N.C., is a community of heroes, heritage
and heart:
It is the home of the U.S. Army's Fort Bragg, from
where thousands of elite paratroopers deploy on missions
to the world's hot spots. The city’s colorful
heritage includes historical leaders who defined themselves
during Vietnam, the two world wars, the Civil War and
Revolutionary War. And its citizens today offer gracious,
hospitable Southern charm. They are eager to make your
visit one to remember!
We are proud of our accomplishments. Fayetteville
was one of only 10 cities in the United States in 2001
to receive the coveted "All-America City" award
from the National Civic League.
You’ll never get bored here! The Airborne and
Special Operations Museum in the downtown area has
only been open for a year and is already the most visited
attraction in North Carolina. Other areas of interest
include Fayetteville’s Botanical Gardens, the
Museum of the Cape Fear, as well as Fort Bragg, where
on certain days you can actually watch parachute training
jumps. We also have all the shopping, lodging and restaurant
choices of metropolitan areas. We’re just a short
stop off Interstate 95, about an hour from the South
Carolina border.
Please browse our site to see all the great things
happening in our community! Don't hesitate to contact
any of the organizations listed to find out more!
